Welcome to the Book Mine, located in the 10,200' high city of
Leadville, Colorado. The Book Mine sits at the corner of 6th and Harrison in one
of Leadville's many historic Victorian buildings and is a full-service, general bookstore, specializing in local history and guidebooks. We also feature maps, Colorado calendars, Fourteener's posters and a spectacular view of the second highest Fourteener, Mt. Massive, from our front window!

Open year-round, our Summer Hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are 9AM-8PM. Winter Hours are 9AM-6PM. Closed or shortened hours on Holidays.
